Christmas Day!!! 2007

Santa found us this morning.... the girls were SOOOOO excited!Claire's first Christmas was a complete success, she had so much fun, even with a little cold Brenna was a little excited to get her first (of many) Hanna Montana items
Abby showing off her doll
After dinner at the Harrison..(very, very yummy), we went outside to check all the deer on the hill (all those brown dots are deers).... Dave said he counted more then 20.... I think that was also the temperature, it was soooooo cold!
The kids wanted to do some more sleding... thanks to Uncle Dennis and David the kids had several trips around the neighborhood, before becoming popsicles
I don't know how the kids stayed out her sooo long with the wind blowing in their faces... but they had a ball.
I think Christmas was a huge success... lots of family, food, fresh white fluffy snow, and making more memories. This is definately stuff we would have never have done in CA. Thanks to all for making it a great day.
P.S. Happy Birthday Jodi!

Christmas Eve

Crook Christmas Eve 2007, Springville, UT
After having a yummy dinner, we opened our traditional new PJ's. Claire wasn't feeling good, but she got some new warm and comfy jammies for her first christmas Abby & Brenna couldn't wait to get their new pj's
Then the snow started..... and we were soooooo excited to have a white christmas, to be able to build a big snowman and slede in the street....until the snowplow came thru... rude

Our little snow man... actually covered in snow
" The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow
Gave a luster of mid-day to objects below.... "
Mom said she wanted to make a path to the back garage to help the neighbor that hid some gifts in there... I helped a little, thinking she was done... but when she didn't come in we looked out to see her shoveling more then a 'path'..... she's crazy, luckily the neighbor came and finished it for her before taking the gifts

Random shots from December

December in SLC Performing Arts means.... Nutcracker... I was "lucky" enough to get to work it 7 times.... Had to show proof of what I do in my "spare time"...top picture is of a few of the Ballerina's going to work too. The 1 of the 6 huge nutcrackers that decorate the theater.

Last Thursday we had a huge storm blow in - just in time for the drive home... I went thru lightening, hail, sleet, high winds... all before getting to Utah County... When I got home my car was plastered with ice... the best was my Mickey antanea ball.... he became 3-D

Santa Clause came to town early.... our neighborhoods resident snow sculpture has been really been busy this year
